Unlike an apartment building Polyhouses contain distinct homes, each with their own front door from the street. Three larger houses with private gardens / terraces, and a fourth with a generous balcony facing the street.
Polyhouses are homes for the 'Missing Middle', designed for compliance with the NSW Low Rise Medium Density Housing Code and suitable for prefabrication or conventional construction.
